It knows what every drone carries
One sentence becomes jobs, and each job goes to the drone that carries the right sensor. If one drone has everything, it flies the lot in a single sortie. If not, several fly in parallel.
Run an ISR or mapping operation in plain language. Airial reads the request, picks the drones whose built-in sensors fit each job, flies them, and streams what they see. Direct any drone by callsign while it is in the air.
Every ISR and survey flight today needs a trained pilot on the sticks and a waypoint plan drawn by hand. Airial replaces both with one sentence.
"Fly the route corridor with thermal, mark any contacts at the road verge, and report before the convoy moves."
Plain language, typed or spoken. No waypoints, no flight plan, no choosing which drone or sensor.
One sortie, job to job. You watch the live feed, every step reports back, the plan adapts, and you can redirect any drone by callsign.
Not a video. The same 3D simulation the console uses, flying one ISR sentence end to end: the thermal drone sweeps the route, detects a contact, and the plan dispatches two more drones to mark and illuminate the position.
Any drone can carry a sensor. What is new is never touching a controller: the fleet is chosen, flown, watched and redirected in sentences, from the first sweep to the final report.
One sentence becomes jobs, and each job goes to the drone that carries the right sensor. If one drone has everything, it flies the lot in a single sortie. If not, several fly in parallel.
Every airborne drone streams into the console. A contact is framed the moment it appears, and the image files as an evidence record.
Retask a drone by callsign, hold it in position, change its altitude, call one in from the pad, or bring everyone home.
The planner reads each report. A confirmed contact adds a beacon step, dispatches the drone with the right sensor, or drops a step that is no longer needed.
A live lane per drone over the map, then a one-card debrief: which airframes flew, what they found, and how the plan moved.
A mapping drone builds an orthomosaic tile by tile as it flies the grid, LiDAR adds a 3D terrain model, and a repeat pass flags what changed since the last survey. Every position reads as a military grid reference, and drawn areas export as GeoJSON.
Launches, recalls and every plan change can wait for your approval. Say "approve" and it goes.
Voice mode turns the console into a radio. Every sentence is acted on the moment you stop speaking, and Airial answers out loud. It runs in your browser: no keys, no server, no delay.
Try voice in the consoleThermal, survey and patrol drones fly this work today, each with a pilot on the sticks. Type any of these into the console and watch it fly.
"Fly both sides of the corridor with thermal, mark any contacts at the road verge, and report before we move."
Alpha holds on the pad until Bravo reports a contact. Once the grid reference is confirmed, Alpha launches straight to it and strobes the position.
"Patrol the outer fence line, spotlight anything that moves, and warn them to hold position."
Movement at the wire adds a spotlight step before the speaker goes out. You watch the contact on the patrol camera while the drone delivers the warning.
"Map the compound with the mapping camera at 80 metres, then build a 3D terrain model with LiDAR."
Charlie-3 carries both sensors. The mosaic fills in tile by tile as it flies the survey grid, then the LiDAR pass lays a point cloud over the rooftops. Every position reads as a military grid reference.
"Follow the patrol corridor, scan with thermal, and mark any contact you detect."
Echo-5 covers the full sector at long range. A contact mid-sweep is marked in place, the grid reference logs to the mission record, and Echo continues the corridor without returning.
"Send a fleet: inspect the perimeter for breaches, search the interior with thermal, and patrol the access road."
Three areas, three drones, one sentence. The inspection camera documents structural damage frame by frame. The thermal pass confirms whether the building is occupied.
"Search the valley south of grid 694 340 with thermal, mark anyone found, and light the position for extraction."
Bravo sweeps in infrared while Alpha and Delta hold on the pad. Once a heat signature is confirmed, both launch straight to the grid reference.
Sensors are built into each airframe. Airial never asks you which drone to send: it reads the mission, matches the sensor to the job, and dispatches the right airframe.
